Tuesday June 20th, Stem Ciders will be hosting the Charcuterie & Cider with Culture Meat & Cheese. The dream team of hometown heroes engage as Stem Cider’s pairs when Old Major to provide F4L’s foodie freakout event of the week. And this just in, the menu has arrived.

‘Nduja Americana // Off-Dry
Spicy, rich, and packed with umami
Mixed, generally Duroc or Berkshire crossed on Lancaster.
Bresaola // Crabby Neighbor
Beef eye round, made with an aromatic, Italian wet brine, then air-dried for up to sixty days.
Calabrese // Hopped
This spicy traditional recipe is made with imported Calabrian Chile’s and local wine. Made with 100% humanely raised pork.
Fennell Pollen Salami // L’Acier
This traditional recipe is made with imported Italian Fennel Pollen and local red wine. Made with 100% humanely raised pork.

 

$20 gets you a taste of each. Plus we’ll be there! Pairings begin at 6pm. First come first serve, plan to get here early as they will run out!
