We are HARD for Hard Red Rocks.

Let’s be honest, Gary Richards, the brain behind HARD Festivals can put on a show. He’s can put a show on a boat, on the rocks, and he can even put on a massive show himself. Richards, better known as Destructo has proven himself time and time again not only as a promoter, but as a DJ and producer. And this summer is the summer of HARD, putting out the best festival lineups. Period.

And with that, we can’t help but overcome the sensation of being hard for HARD Red Rocks on July 30th.

Here’s why –

Two words. Dog Blood. In the rare occasion that these two headlining names come together, all we can do is pray that the techno gods have mercy on our souls. This super group, consisting of Alex Ridha of Boyz Noise and Skrillex are sure to show Hard Red Rocks the best show of the Red Rocks’ season. With that, it’s Alex and Sonny’s first show of the summer together, and there’s no better venue in the world to reunite than Red Rocks.

Another two words that can’t be overlooked at HARD Red Rocks are Porter Robinson. Robinson has been hard at work producing avante ‘hard’ music with a melodic, techno twist. With his brand new live show and stage setup, Robinson has created a spectacle different from anything we’ve seen before. We were lucky enough to catch a surprise set of Porter’s this year at SXSW, and are seriously anticipating his first live set in Colorado at HARD Red Rocks.

Last, there is nothing that gets us harder then Red Rocks Amphitheater, the greatest outdoor venue in the world. In fact, Red Rocks had won Pollstar’s award for the best outdoor venue in the world so many times that Pollstar changed the name of the award to ‘The Red Rocks Award.’ This intimate, natural amphitheater is the perfect home to the show of the season.

The combination of the best promoter, producers, and venue in the world is sure to keep you going all night long.
