JMBLYA Takes Over Texas – RECAP

In Buzz, Music, Music Festivals by Eli

What a weekend it was. JMBLYA sold out three separate shows in Dallas, Austin, and Houston the other weekend and we’re still reeling from it. FestivalsForLife was honored to attend the middle stop on the 3-day tour in Austin, Texas. JMBLYA took place at Circuit of the Americas on Saturday with headlining performers such as J. Cole and Migos, and special guests like Hook Em! The Texas Longhorns’ Mascot!

While certain acts like Kevin Gates and Cardi B were unable to perform, JMBLYA somehow managed to bring in Young Thug and T.I. as last minute replacements! While we all would’ve loved to see Cardi B’s antics on stage, the duo of Young Thug and T.I. certainly did not disappoint and made for a pretty cool brotherly love, sunset photo!

If you’re like us and want to relive the hype forever then you should definitely be watching the recap videos done by Blake Rabe (@blakefilms).

This year marked the largest JMBLYA event to-date with over 80,000 attendees over all three days. We at FestivalsForLife want to take the time to thank everyone at Scoremore Shows, GiantNoise, COTA, all the first responders and workers that made the three days run smoothly!

This year’s JMBLYA without a doubt set the bar higher than before and we’re more than excited to see what lies in store for JMBLYA 2019! Follow these channels to stay up to date!
