Nothing says weekend and chill like the Pairsine “Shaken Not Stirred” Mixology and Culinary Competition in Broomfield (30 minutes from Denver), Colorado this Friday, January 27th. The Competition takes place at the Omni Interlocken in Broomfield on Friday, January 27th, from 7-9:30 p.m. And showcases Denver’s top-scoring winners from the 2016 Denver International Spirits Competition. The mixologists will each be assigned one spirit and be given the task of creating a custom cocktail.
With that, 10 chefs will be paired with mixologists and be given the task of creating a gourmet food pairing for the cocktail.
The event includes live music and a silent auction to benefit There With Care®.
As for our favorite part, all attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite cocktail and send the People’s Choice winner to the “Tales of The Cocktail” show in New Orleans.
