STAGECOACH SPOTLIGHT: MARSHALL TUCKER BAND

To a younger audience, they may hear the Marshall Tucker Band and think ‘Hmmm… that sounds familiar.’ To an older audience, ‘They’re still alive?’ With a past members list longer than reasons not to vote for Trump, the Marshall Tucker Band has been around since the early 70s and brought out some of their classics such as ‘Can’t You See’ and ‘Fire on the Mountain’. One thing was instantly clear: these guys still have a thing or two to teach these up-and-coming artists—on a flute no less. Drawing one of the largest Palomino (side stage) crowds of the weekend, they made no attempt to be anything more or less than who they are: classic country rockers. And rock they did.
