13. The “homeless and still partying” dude
This guy has an outfit that doesn’t match, and a beard. In fact, it looks like he is even wearing a thong. What is he doing at a music festival? We have no idea. He is dancing along just like everyone else, but that doesn’t stop people from staring. His look doesn’t match the rest of the crowd, and he is at least double the age of the next oldest person at the festival.
