18. The “statement sign” holder
This guy walks around with an amusing sign throughout the entire day. Although we all appreciate it, and he usually makes quite a good point, we think it is time to put the sign down and enjoy the festival. He is making everyone around him laugh, but he doesn’t seem to be laughing very much himself. We are sure his hand aches a lot by the end of the festival.
