19. The “dressed for a different season” girl
Festivals aren’t always as sunny as we would like, but that doesn’t stop these girls from wearing as little as possible. It is pouring with rain, and everyone is soaked, but she still looks like she is heading to the beach on a sunny summer’s day, and not dancing in the pouring rain. She is probably freezing, but it is more important to her than everyone else thinks she is attractive.
