On February 20th, 2016, L.A. Weekly will be holding its epic food event- The Essentials. The Essentials showcases signature bites from 60 restaurants featured in L.A. Weekly’s 99 Essentials restaurant issue that will hits stands the same week. Guests will also enjoy sips and curated pairings in the wine village courtesy of Wine Exchange. Enjoy a wide range of classic wine styles from around the world along with new, hip, cutting edge wineries, all paired with dishes from the amazing lineup of participating restaurants.
