Euphoria Started The Festival Season Off Right

What. A. Weekend.

Euphoria does the magic for the 6th year in a row. The F4L team hit the festival all 3 days at Carson Creek Ranch for an unforgettable weekend with great music, food, weather, and most importantly – people.

There is just too much to highlight in our post-fest review, but we’ll do our best…

We got our weekend started off right at the Dragon Fly Stage with Unlike Pluto. To begin with, that stage is just so well put together. From the lake views, to the beautiful stage, there really isn’t a better vibe at the festival than cramming in those steps listening to some of your favorite artists. Unlike Pluto started our weekend off just the way we wanted with some of his amazing progressive house and trap beats that had the crowd going from beginning to end. We then made our way over to the Elements Stage for back to back sets from Minnesota and MIJA, and boy, were we not let down. Those back to back sets had the entire place bumpin’. Needless to say, anytime I see those names coming across Austin, I’ll be the first to get those tickets.

How could we not finish our Friday night with the all-to-great Pretty Lights (LIVE) set. Derek and his live band closed out Friday just the way we thought they would. Constantly interrupting his set, to remind us to be in the moment and to let the music move us, Derek had the crowd in the palm of his hand. We’ve had the privilege of enjoying Pretty Lights in the past, but this was beyond anything we’ve experienced. I guess he was saving it for that Euphoria crowd. Thank you, Derek, you beautiful soul.

We bounced around all day Saturday, hoping to experience a little bit of everything. From Capyac to Blunt Force to Medasin to Bakermat. I’m not sure if we just got lucky, but there wasn’t a single let down. Blunt Force had the Dragon Fly stage CROWDED. I was shocked to see so many beautiful humans all packed in so early in the day jamming out with these Austin natives, but they didn’t let the pressure get to them. They fed off the energy of the crowd and gave them so much more in return.

We wrapped up our night with Post Malone and Young Thug at the elements stage. The back to back was a perfect fit to end the night. Banger after banger. If Hip-Hop/Rap is your scene, it’s almost a sin not to have been at the Elements stage at 11:30pm on Saturday.

Between the music, perfect weather, incredible food, ease of access, cleanliness, and overall smooth operations of this festival – we 100% recommend making an appearance next year. Thank you for an incredible experience. Love, the F4L Team.
